This Shipping Policy explains how Asian Elegance By Z (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders placed on asianelegancebyz.co.uk.
1) Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
International destinations (where available at checkout)

2) Processing Time (Order Handling)
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During peak periods (sales, Eid, weddings season, etc.), processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Made-to-order / stitched / customised items (if applicable):
If your order includes customised or stitched items, processing time may be longer and will be communicated on the product page or by email.
3) Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
UK Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days
International Delivery: 5–15 business days (varies by country and customs)
Courier delays, severe weather, strikes, and customs processing may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
4) Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
delivery location,
package weight/size,
shipping method selected.
Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout and may have minimum spend conditions.
5) Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and tracking information where available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
6) Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, postcode, email, and phone number are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
incorrect/incomplete address,
failed delivery attempts,
refusal to accept delivery,
you may be responsible for re-delivery charges. Refunds (if applicable) may be processed minus original shipping costs and any return handling fees charged by the courier.
7) Missed Deliveries & Safe Place Deliveries
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:
they may leave a calling card, attempt re-delivery, or hold the parcel at a local depot/collection point.
if you nominate a “safe place” or delivery to a neighbour, this is at your discretion and risk.
8) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:
you may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees by your local authorities.
these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed, you may not be eligible for a full refund.
9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@asianelegancebyz.co.uk
include your order number and clear photos of the package and item(s).
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
check with household members/neighbours and any safe place
contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with the courier investigation.
Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund, as appropriate.
10) Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship items separately (for example, if items are sourced from different locations). You will receive separate tracking details where applicable.
