Ordering & Tracking
This section explains how to place an order on asianelegancebyz.co.uk and how to track it after checkout.
1) How to Place an Order
Browse the Site and select the product/size/colour (and any options, if available).
Click Add to Cart.
Review your cart and click Checkout.
Enter your delivery details and contact information.
Choose your delivery method (if more than one is available).
Complete payment.
You will see an on-screen confirmation and receive an Order Confirmation email.
Important: Your Order Confirmation confirms we received your order request. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification requirements, we may contact you or cancel and refund as per our Terms.
2) Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an email with:
your Order Number
order summary (items, price, delivery)
billing and delivery details
If you don’t receive it within 15–30 minutes:
check your spam/junk folder
ensure your email address was entered correctly

3) Order Status Updates
We may send updates such as:
Order Confirmed
Processing
Dispatched
Delivered
If your item is made-to-order / customised / stitched (if applicable), the processing stage may take longer. Any special timelines will be shown on the product page or shared by email.
4) Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with:
tracking number (where available)
courier name
tracking link (if provided)
Tracking notes:
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch.
Couriers may not scan parcels at every location, so updates can appear limited until the next scan.
5) Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@asianelegancebyz.co.uk with:
your order number
requested change
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible. Cancellation and returns will follow our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
6) Wrong Address Entered at Checkout
If you entered the wrong delivery address, email us immediately.
If the order has not been dispatched, we may be able to update it.
If it has already been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it and you may be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
7) If Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive It
Please:
Check with household members/neighbours and any “safe place”.
Check for a calling card or parcel locker message.
Contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan so we can raise a courier investigation.
8) If Your Parcel Is Delayed
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to courier network issues, weather, strikes, or customs (for international shipments).
If your parcel hasn’t moved for 5+ business days (UK) or 10+ business days (international), contact us and we will assist.
