TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and Asian Elegance By Z (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of asianelegancebyz.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it.
By browsing, registering, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY / LEGAL CAPACITY
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent/guardian.

You accept these Terms when you:

We aim to display product colours and details accurately, but device screens may vary.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
7. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order acceptance/dispatch confirmation email (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
We may refuse or cancel orders where:
items are out of stock,
there is a pricing/description error,
we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
8. PRICES, CURRENCY & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
If we are VAT-registered, prices will state whether VAT is included (or VAT will be shown at checkout).
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
9. DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruption, severe weather).
Risk and responsibility for goods pass to you only when you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
10. YOUR UK CONSUMER RIGHTS (FAULTY / MISDESCRIBED GOODS)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund (depending on the circumstances and timing).
11. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS (ONLINE ORDERS)
If you are a UK consumer buying online, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 usually give you a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
Important exceptions may apply (for example):
Made-to-measure / personalised items made to your specifications may not be eligible for cancellation under the cooling-off rules.
Returns process (recommended wording):
To cancel/return, contact us at info@asianelegancebyz.co.uk with your order number.
You must return items within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Items must be returned unused, with tags/packaging intact where applicable (unless faulty).
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after we receive the return (or evidence of posting), within the legal timeframe.
Return postage:
If you are cancelling under the cooling-off period, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
If the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs.

12. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS (MARKETING)
If you opt in (or where permitted by law), we may send marketing emails/SMS. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

We may use third-party providers (payment gateways, couriers, marketing tools). We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures beyond our control, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
